Three paths to ceramics.
Told by those who took them.

Every starting point is different: a broken front tooth, an old bridge with inflamed abutment teeth, a jaw with no firm hold. These patients have allowed us to tell their stories.

Immediate implant placement, front teeth

Teeth 12 and 11 · Upper jaw

“Two new teeth – and the feeling that they had always been my own.”

K. F., 48 · Hamburg
Starting point

Tooth 12 had broken off. The 3D X-ray (CBCT) showed inflammation at the root tips of 12 and 11. Root canal treatment was not an option for the patient.

Treatment

Both teeth removed, two ceramic implants placed immediately, a fixed temporary made of high-performance resin on the same day. Then all-ceramic crowns from our own laboratory – metal-free.

Today

“When my front tooth broke off, it was a shock at first. I was really worried about how I would look in future and whether I would have to go without fixed teeth for a long time. Being able to go home the same day with two fixed teeth was an incredible relief. Today everything looks so natural that I can hardly tell the difference from my own teeth myself. What I love most is being able to smile freely again.”

Teeth 24 to 27 · Upper jaw, left

“Three teeth had to go – but I didn’t have to spend a single day without fixed teeth.”

B. S., 58 · Neumünster
Starting point

Old bridge from 24 to 27, tooth 25 was missing. The root-treated abutment teeth 24, 26 and 27 showed inflammation at the root tips. The patient did not want another root canal treatment.

Treatment

Three teeth removed, three ceramic implants placed immediately, a fixed temporary made of high-performance resin on the same day. After healing, an all-ceramic bridge from 24 to 27 from our own laboratory – metal-free.

Today

“My old bridge had served me well for a long time. When it turned out that the teeth underneath were inflamed, I was very worried about what would happen next. Another root canal treatment was out of the question for me. So I was all the more relieved to learn that I could have fixed teeth again straight after the teeth were removed. I was able to leave the practice the same day with a fixed temporary. Today I have a beautiful all-ceramic bridge that feels completely natural. What I love most is that everything is metal-free and I no longer have to worry about my old bridge. I can smile freely again and feel really good about my new teeth.”

A secure hold for the denture
OKUK44423234
Full denture on four ceramic implants · Lower jaw

“I never imagined how much joy there is in a secure bite.”

K. H. · Lübeck
Starting point

Without teeth for a long time; the lower denture was constantly loose. Because of several general health conditions, the patient deliberately wanted ceramics.

Treatment

Four ceramic implants onto which the denture clicks into place via ceramic Locators. Firm when chewing, removable for cleaning – metal-free.

Today

“For years my lower denture was a constant annoyance. It wobbled when I ate, I felt unsure when speaking, and it never really sat firmly. Because of my medical history, it was particularly important to me to find a metal-free solution. That is why I deliberately chose ceramic implants. Today my denture simply clicks into place and sits securely. I can eat, speak and laugh with confidence again. And to clean it, I just take it out without any fuss. For me, that is a great deal of quality of life that I have finally regained.”
