What ceramic implants cost.
With figures, not “price on request”.

We publish prices – because before an initial consultation you should know roughly what to expect. All figures are guide values from our practice; the binding document is the written treatment and cost plan you receive after the initial consultation.

For context
Each of the four prices below includes an individually made abutment – the connecting piece between implant and crown. Often this is a standard part from a catalogue. With us, our master laboratory shapes it specifically for your gums, so that they settle around it as they would around a natural tooth. On top sits a highly aesthetic all-ceramic crown, modelled on your own tooth.
For ideal starting conditions there is also a slim design from €3,480 ↓

Questions about costs

Answered openly.

Why are ceramic implants more expensive than titanium?

The implant itself is more demanding to manufacture, and we place it according to our SBLC concept. On top of that come an individually made abutment and a highly aesthetic all-ceramic crown from our master laboratory instead of standard parts. The difference lies not in the fee, but in the material and the craftsmanship.

What do the initial assessment and the initial consultation cost?

The online initial assessment is free of obligation: you send us your situation and, optionally, an existing X-ray, and receive a personal reply within 48 hours on working days. The initial consultation at the practice, with examination, 3D X-ray of the jaws (CBCT), findings and advice, is billed according to the German fee scale for dentists (GOZ) and comes to around €350 in total. A serious implant consultation is not possible without this diagnostic work-up: only the 3D X-ray shows whether the bone is wide and high enough, where sensitive structures such as nerves, the maxillary sinus or the roots of neighbouring teeth lie, and whether there is hidden inflammation in the bone that is difficult or impossible to see on simple X-rays.

Can I deduct the treatment from my taxes (Germany)?

For German taxpayers, yes: as an extraordinary expense under Section 33 of the German Income Tax Act (EStG) – to the extent that your share exceeds the reasonable burden threshold. The invoice serves as proof; no certificate from a public health officer is required for dental prostheses.

What if bone augmentation becomes necessary – will the price go up later?

No. We can see on the 3D X-ray (CBCT) whether augmentation is needed before we draw up the cost plan. Surprises during the procedure are rare; should anything differ, we discuss it with you beforehand – not afterwards.

Your personal cost plan – a few days after the initial consultation.
